You know, sometimes my friends amaze me…. “M” is like a kid in a candy story these days ever since he found his new love.  I’m ecstatic for my buddy, but damn… M has it bad for his new Maori beau.  I don’t think I’ve EVER seen him this crazy in love with someone before.  And I’ve known him a VERY long time… Hmmm is it true love?  I would venture to say that if it were up to him, M would say that it is.  The only “downer” to the whole ordeal is that his boyfriend lives way the hell down in Aotearoa (New Zealand).  I don’t know what to tell him…  I fear that the days ahead and the weeks they will spend apart will be very difficult as time goes on.  Life here in Hawai’i can get pretty expensive these days because of rent and stuff like that…and so I always suggest that no one move here unless you have some money saved away just in case jobs aren’t easy to find.  Better yet, find a job and have it lined up for you before you even get here.. and if possible, have an apartment lined up as well.

That’s a tall order for two blokes who just want to be together, right?  Sometimes I wish someone just invented the teleporter like in Star Trek.  That way, there would be no such thing as long-distance relationships…you could live anywhere in the world and work anywhere in the world with no problem.  Judging by the way  M talks about his boyfriend, it sounds like he’s seriously in love… not that puppy dog love… but that life devotion kind of love.  Scary huh?  I really hope they can work it out.  And I REALLY hope that his man never gives up on him or their future together.  I have no worries about M though… he’s the kind of guy who will stick with a relationship no matter what.  He doesn’t believe in letting something like distance get in the way of a true match.  I hope his boyfriend is the same way… the boyfriend seems really great from the few times that I got to talk to him.. and honestly, damn he’s got one hell of a sexy voice heheh.  I’m jealous now :)

Hmmm maybe I should start thinking about planning a trip for us to visit this hot new boyfriend huh?  Hmmm… I don’t have any vacation time until the summer so it’s gonna take a while.  Then again, it’s not really cheap to fly down there anyway hehehe.  And we’ll have to find a cheap hotel in Hamilton sine apparently his boyfriend follows the usual Polynesian trend of living at home hehehe… (and yes, M suffers the same fate for now)

I think that M’s got it so bad for his new beau that his heart aches when they two don’t talk.. crazy huh?  Supposedly his man is at a work party… and I can just see M squirming in his seat just wishing so badly that he could be at the party too hehhehe… oh what to do about M?? :D   I think his new beau needs to call him or something and bring him down from the clouds heheh.. Oh wait, no he would probably be even higher in the clouds if they did talk heheh…..

Love is crazy I tell ya!!!

Hey guys, it’s that time of the week again!  Gosh another week gone by and a new one just beginnning.  For this week’s selection of inspiration in the gym, I’ve decided to go to my collection of hotties from Strengthnet.com.  It’s a great site if you want to talk to others who are serious in working out, not to mention providing a hot collection of muscle to look at and drool over heheh.

Our first guy I picked out specifically for those of you who are a little smaller in stature.  Most of the time, you always find guys who are tall and built that get picked for the modeling gigs.  But hey, sometimes there’s nothing hotter than some compact muscle, you know? :)   So here’s Aaron, flexing his hot arms for you… 5’8″, 170lbs of pure muscle. :)

Now our next stud, Greg P., has a bit more muscle on himself hehehe. (6’0″, 210, 32w, 18a)  I  know that some of you prefer the more beefy types so that’s what this posting is all about hehehe.  Greg just has some of the most unreal eyes I have ever seen.  It’s just the type of eyes that a guy could get lost in… not to mention a huge chest and a hard set of abs to go with it heheh.

Our next two models are “alumni” of Strengthnet who I wish were still around heheh.  The guy in back is Billy… 5’10, 175lbs, 42″ chest, 16″ arms, 32″ waist…just look at those abs!  Damn!  But I actually prefer Mat up front.  He has the kind of bod that I would love to have for myself someday.  A nicely formed chest with just a lean solid upper section…  it might take me a year or so, but I think I can do it ;)

Now for you muscle freaks out there who totally are aiming for that vein-popping look, I present you with Felipe…. hot latino muscle heheh.  At 5’10″, 210lbs, and a 46″ chest, a 32″ waist and 19″ arms, it doesn’t get much hotter than him heheh.  I’m sure D will love it hehehe…

And last, but definitely not least… one of my faves of the site… Dave J.  He’s done a few workout videos in the  past, so hunt around the net for him ok?  He’s just solid from top to bottom!  I mean, look at that chest!!  50″ man!  And at 5’10″ and 225lbs, he is a force to be reckoned with.  Anyway, I just hope that you all have a great week in the gym!  Have an awesome one :)

People in Love…
Posted on November 25th, 2007 at 5:09 PM by HB

As we all know, it sucks to be single when love is all around, but sometimes it just feels so awesome to see love happen to the right people.  Yesterday, I talked to a friend of mine who finally has found those “warm and fuzzy” feelings in the pit of his stomach. And I tell you, as single as I am, I can’t be happier for him. My friend M. hasn’t had a boyfriend in geez… 5 years? NOT to say that he has one in the total physical sense yet, but it is really great to see him all happy. And I have to say, that I’m a bit jealous heheh. Possibly only another Hawaiian could understand why I’m jealous, but here’s the low-down on his new beau…

M’s new boyfriend is Maori… Not like Maori (Native of New Zealand) and grew up here in Hawai’i, but Maori Maori. Apparently he lives in Hamilton which is just around the corner from the University of Waikato and the guy is pretty darn cute! Now, for those of you who are totally confused… The Maori people are distant “cousins” to us, the Maoli, the Native Hawaiians. In fact, all peoples and cultures within Polynesia are related. But in my opinion, there are only a few that I would consider to be “hot”, and the Maori are one such group of people hehehehe.

Why, you ask? Well, for me and for a lot of Hawaiians, one of the things that we are desperately trying to hold onto is our culture. Because of Western influence and history, a lot of our cultural traditions were taken away from us in the 1800s and early 1900s because of Western domination. So what we have left of our culture (language, voyaging, hula, medicine, etc.) is a mere fraction… some say maybe only 5-10% of what we originally had available to us. That’s kind of a long discussion that I’ll have to leave for another post…but, for the Maori, they were able to hold on to a vast bigger portion of their traditions and their lands. And in Aotearoa (New Zealand), the Maori people control a big percentage of the government. And because of that, we Hawaiians admire our Maori cousins for all that they have been through and for all that they are able to save and preserve for future generations.

Anyway, so because of that and because I just think that their accents are awesome and they’re just physically beautiful people…I’m totally jealous :) . His boyfriend’s name is Moana and man… he’s a big guy! 6’5″ !!! What the hell?? Where are all the tall Polynesians for me?? And of course, what makes it even better for M. is that Moana is a total sweetheart to him. Moana has been wanting to move here to Hawai’i for a long time now, and now that he’s met M., I guess he has even more of an incentive to move heheh.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen M. so in love with someone before. If everything works out, I think I can hear wedding bells in the distance…. I hope they invite me to the wedding! Heheheh.. I mean those two are almost inseparable. They talk everyday on the phone!! Who does that anymore? Heheh. He must be in love…. oh well, I hope that they invite me to the wedding…

One of the things I love most about the Maori people is their fierce protection of their performing arts, the kapa haka. Every two years, they hold a National Kapa Haka competition, and I tell you… Moana says that he adores watching Hawaiian hula more than anything, but for me and for a lot of Hawaiians… the kapa haka is the ultimate. I hope maybe I can come to the next one in 2009! Here’s one of my favorite clips of a kapa haka group from a few years ago. Isn’t it beautiful?? It’s from 1996 and the group is called Te Waka Huia… You can find part 2 on YouTube as well.

Please enable Javascript and Flash to view this Flash video.

Oh… and just in case he should read this entry (because I told him that I would tease him about it)… Moana, M. wanted me to tell you from him….”Aloha nui ahau kia koe taku tāne, taku purotu. Ka patupatu ake taku manawa i roto kia koe, taku manawa, taku tau….‘Ale‘ale a‘e ko‘u aloha no ‘oe e ku‘u kāne huna ‘ia i ka ua koko, pulupē i ke anu o ke kualoa. ‘Auhea ‘oe e ku‘u ko‘olua?

Wooo hooo!!!   2007 WAC Champions baby!!  I can’t believe we’ve had such a great season!  And our quarterback Colt Brennan (Hottie that he is!) broke Ty Detmer’s TD passing record of 122 this season with 126 passes.  You wouldn’t believe how many people were at that game tonight… I haven’t seen that many people at a game since the old UH-BYU rivalry days in the 80s!

You have to feel bad for Boise State though… they’re the winning-est team in the nation and they just got creamed tonight…. 39-27!   I’m sure those guys came down here thinking that Hawai’i was gonna be an easy team to beat and that they would scoop up the WAC championship yet again this year…but not so!   In fact, IF Hawai’i manages to shut-down Washington next week, it will be the ONLY team this season in the whole country to have an undefeated season!

What sucks though…is that our quarterback and our team have such a great season but rarely get praised for it on the National circuit.  We’re stuck at #12 on the college polls, which is great but damn… with a quarterback like we got, there should be some serious consideration for the Heismann.  I mean the boy has broken every major QB record that there is, I think??

Anyway, well.. whatever happens, I and the rest of Hawai’i is damn proud of our team!   Go Warriors!!

Greetings to you all, my friends from the uplands to the sea, from large continents to little islands, from the rising of the sun in the east to the setting far in the west. Aloha to you few who are anxious with great interest in the brilliant expanse of knowledge of the Hawaiians. Here is the 6th installment of the wondrous story of the much beloved girl named Keaomelemele, who became one of Hawaiian history’s foremost chantresses. This was a story that was deeply treasured by our ancestors which they have passed down to the current generation in its entirety so that our lives may be connected with them forever.

This story was first published in the Hawaiian newspaper Kū‘oko‘a from September 6, 1884 until the tale’s final installment on June 27, 1885.

It is my hope that this great tale which has been passed down to my generation shall continue to inspire and be told to generations 100, 200, 500, or a thousand years after me, so that the Native Hawaiians of that generation will find pride and a strong identity in knowing that they come from such energetic and creative ancestors.

You can find the previous chapters under the “Hawaiian history” category of this blog. Endless admiration and thanks is given to Moses Manu, the creator of this epic tale from which we are able to take a glimpse into the ancient Hawaiian World View. And much thanks is given to Mary Kawena Pukui, noted Hawaiian scholar, for her translations which have helped me through those moments of bewilderment at the ancient language that have stalled my own efforts.

Without any more delay, dear reader, I present the next installment of the great tale of Keaomelemele.

Ka Mo‘olelo o Keaomelemele - Mokuna ‘Eono

(Pa‘i ‘ia ma ka lā 11 o ‘Okakopa i ka makahiki 1884)

I ka pau ‘ana o kēia ‘ōlelo a Paliuli i mua o kona kahu mālama Waka, aia ho‘i, ua kāhea koke ‘ia nā lā‘au ‘elua, ka mea iā lāua nā lako ‘ai – a ia, ‘a‘ole nō ho‘i i li‘uli‘u iho, iho mai ana ‘o Kalālāikawai me kāna mau mea ‘ai he nui wale, a pēlā nō ho‘i ‘o Mākālei. The Tale of Keaomelemele – Chapter 6
(Published on October 11, 1884)

When Paliuli had finished speaking to her provider Waka, the two branches who provided food were called immediately called upon. And in no time at all, Kalālāwai descended with his food in abundance, and such was also the case with the other branch, Mākālei. One could attempt to count and not reach the end, so much so that the eyes would be deceived. When Hānaiakeakua saw all of the food untouched by human hands, he was astonished! Then, the guests and the hosts ate together until they were satisfied.

After eating, Waka and Keānuenue stood up – and moved to another house thus leaving the current house to their foster children. While Paliuli and Kahānaiakeakua were staying in this house, her brother spoke to her for the first time. “Where are you my hostess, I have heard what you said about me, but now I shall tell you what I think of you.” “Yes,” replied Paliuli. “Let’s live in this house for 10 days. You shall stay on your side and I on mine until my godly nature is gone. At that time we shall live together as husband and wife. Until then, I shall not touch you, and you should not touch me.” Paliuli agreed to this request. Therefore, oh reader, it is well to notice which of the two will first break this agreement. As soon as they had agreed, they lived spent time in pleasant company, until Kahānaiakeakua said:

“I heard the words of my caretaker, and I was told, that if I grew up like this, that I should not agree to live with a woman from Hawai‘inuiākea. When I should meet a woman from where I was born, she would be my wife for the rest of my days.” When Paliuli heard this, she asked, “Where are you from, and where is your home, and who are your parents?” Kahānaiakeakua responded, “Kū and Hinawelelani are my parents, and I was born in Kuaihelani. But because Kū and Kanaloa decided to adopt me, their sister Keānuenue was sent to fetch me from the place I have already spoken of, and I was taken and raised in the mountains of Waolani, it is from there that I have come until you and I were brought together.”

When Paliuli heard these things, she immediately began calling to Waka, and when she had heard this calling voice of her foster child, she immediately came before the child and asked, “What have you summoned me for?” Paliuli answered, “Are you my only parent?” Waka said, “No. Your parents are Kū and Hinawelelani, whom are in Kuaihelani, a distant land from this place. And becaue Kāne and Kanaloa ordered me to fetch you and to raise you – until you grew to become a chiefess of Hawai‘inuiākea, I took you and cared for you here.”

When Paliuli heard what Waka had said, she replied, “If that is so, then my husband is no stranger, because my parents and land of which you speak are the same as what my husband has told me. There is no difference. It would be better if you could explain this.” Because of Paliuli’s question, Waka decided to tell the truth. “He is none other than your own brother. He cleared the way and you were to follow. It was not my decision or Keānuenue’s decision to have you be his wife or for him to be your husband, but, before Lanihuli and Waipuhia brought you before me, they spoke of the command that if you grew up and decided it was time to have a husband, that you would have no other than your own brother as a husband so that your bloodline would not be lowered. You are both equal in rank and station. Neither shall call the other a slave, nor shall either speak badly of each other in times of anger or hatred. That is the mating of a brother and sister. Therefore, it is not my will nor the will of the foster parents of your brother, but the command of Kamo‘oinanea.” When Paliuli heard this, she finally understood that Kahānaiakeakua was indeed her own brother, and for this reason she accepted all of what her caregiver had said, and then she said these words of relief:

“He shall be my companion,

For the prime of life”

Then her mind became resolute to fulfill the wish that she take her brother as a husband. She went back into the house to talk it over with her brother, and both were pleased with this. One night, after several days had passed, while Kahānaiakeakua was fast asleep enjoying himself with Niolopua in the land of dreams, he was suddenly jolted by the joyous voice of his sister Paliuli who was singing with the birds, making it impossible for him to sleep until the break of dawn.

This became a usual habit of Paliuli every night until the end of the 10-day probation period that Kahānaiakeakua had given himself. The night called Hilo had arrived, the first night of the lunar month in the Hawaiian calendar. These lines of chant were composed for this night.

“These are the moonlit nights,

A night to enjoy and relax is Hilo,

The dew falls copiously,

At the start of the day.”

They then became man and wife, and because of that, Waka came to ask her foster daughter whether or not they had consummated their marriage that night. Paliuli replied in a positive manner, at which time Waka went to tell Keānuenue of the news. When Keānuenue had heard the news, she turned and looked up at an arching rainbow in the cloudless heavens. Then she said to Waka…

“Your foster child will not become pregnant with child until her final days.” “Why?” responded Waka. Keānuenue replied, “Perhaps you should look at the clear skies, there the heavens will show you the reason why there will be no pregnancy.” At this rebuke of Keānuenue, Waka decided not to pursue the matter any further. For the time being, Paliuli and her husband lived happily until the time when Kahānaiakeakua went on his tour around Hawai‘i until he was taken by the mountain dwelling maiden of Maunakea, none other than Poli‘ahu. Therefore, we should leave this talk of Paliuli and the others. And later, oh reader, you shall see the unfaithfulness of her brother. And at this time we shall see the birth of Keaomelemele, the one for whom this story is being told. Perhaps, oh reader, your mind is anxious to learn of her birth, her coming to these islands, and her many deeds. It is true, I agree that here comes the wondrous one like “the fire of Kamaile rising triumphantly,” the one who controlled the lands of Nu‘umealani, where the pool of Kūlanihāko‘i was located. Let us remember to speak of her here.

After Paliuli’s birth, Kū and Hina lived for quite a while not knowing that Hina had again become pregnant. They had not known until Mo‘oinanea had told them. With this pregnancy, Hina had not experienced the usual pains and other symptoms of a normal pregnancy, for this was to be a miraculous pregnancy. While Hina was sleeping one afternoon, she was surprised to hear a voice calling from above their home. She awoke suddenly and heard distinctly the voice belonging to none other than Mo‘oinanea. And because of this, Hina asked her directly why she had come. Mo‘oinanea replied, “You have become pregnant again although you are not aware of it, nor will you know when you will give birth to your child. This is a peculiar child, and very unlike the children you have borne before. This child will be greater than the others, and where this child will live will be within the walls of the sky and the heavens above. She will have many body forms that will be seen day and night at all times.”

After this conversation, Mo‘oinanea set off with such energy returning to Nu‘umealani and devoting all of her time towards the preparation of Ke‘alohilani. For on this land was built a wondrous house that would spin about day and night. This house was in no way like normal houses. In fact, Mo‘oinanea took all of the cloud forms and formed them into a livable house for her soon-to-be foster child. And if perhaps her child should want to sleep, she would command the fog and the mist to firmly cover Ke‘ālohilani. And because Mo‘oinanea wished to create a pool for the one she thought of a lot, she took Kūlanihāko‘i and left it up in Ke‘alohilani with the flowers Kanikawī and Kanikawā, and provided everything she thought would be needed. And then, one day, Kamo‘oinanea arrived and observed Hina in a kind of ambush. But as she was watching, Hina and Kū were asleep, and during this time blood seeped forth on the head of Hina on the area referred to as the crown. Mo‘oinanea then took this blood and placed it at Ke‘alohilani, calling it Keaomelemele. This would cause you, oh reader, to utter,

“Where are you, O cloud,

Proud billowing cloud on high,

There be Keaomelemele,

Being carried way up,

To find Biritapaineki,

A hero dark and dubious.”

To be continued.

Just another manic Monday…

Hey guys!  Unfortunately it’s another Monday… if you’re anything like me, you’re in desperate need of a vacation and a break from the day-to-day grind of work.  I have discovered however, that hitting the gym can be pretty helpful in breaking the monotony of the rat race of life.  Just put on some killer tunes with your friendly iPod, strap on your workout gloves and reach for the nearest dumbbell and you’re ready to take a much-needed break from all the stress of the real world heheh.

With that said, the guys in this week’s collection have obviously learned the benefit of taking a break from the craziness of life and spending some much needed time in the gym.  Now of course, some of these guys probably live in the gym…but I highly doubt that such extreme devotion is necessary.  Needless to say, all of these bods are incredible and so there’s no harm in striving for a great bod right?

Our first guy has an incredible body, something I definitely aspire to achieve someday.  A great set of abs and a nice thick chest…mmmm.  Don’t ya love it? :)

Our next guy has it all….a great pair of arms, a firm and bulky chest, and a set of killer abs.  And I don’t know what it is, but I think that sometimes a spiky hairdo can be so hot!  What do you think?

Some guys are just lucky, don’t you think?  Take our next guy for example…his abs are incredible!  I mean, damn…who has abs like that?  I wonder what his secret is.  He obviously eats… but he must eat only the leanest meats and a ton of veggies.  Well, they do say that the mind is a powerful tool…so I guess if he can make a great set of abs for himself, so can the rest of us, right??

This next guy is actually my favorite of the bunch.  For me, I don’t really want incredibly defined abs, but I’d rather have some overall bulk on my bod with a lean stomach.  A nice firm chest and some incredible arms to complete the package… mmmm…

And last but not least… I figured I’d throw in another shot of our first hottie.  He is incredible isn’t he?  Then again, I’ve seen many guys built like him… so his body type must be very possible for anyone to achieve, as long as you put your mind to it.  Never doubt yourself… :D

Aloha mai!  Hey guys!  Can I just say that I LOVE holidays?  Ok, not that this is a “happy” holiday by any means…but, any opportunity to get off from work these days and just sit back and relax is a welcomed event.  Of course I would be much happier if we didn’t have soldiers over in the middle of the desert fighting a war that we should not have even started in the first place, but thanks to our wonderful government… I have lost a few friends along the way :( .

But I know that they would not want me to mourn too much, so rather than focus on the negativity and the sorrow of the day, I think it’s best to just continue on with the plan as usual.  And that brings me to our usual Monday topic of discussion… how to better ourselves and live healthier lives!   And as always I like to say that a big part of the battle is believing in yourself and visualizing what your end goal might look like.  So with that, I present another mix of hot bodies… if you haven’t found one to emulate just yet, maybe it’s in this week’s collection!

What I love about our first guy is that his upper body is perfectly chiseled and proportioned.. and I love how you can see the fibers in his left arm straining against the skin.  That’s some power in those arms!!

This next guy has what I like to call the “porn top” body heheh.  You know, large pecs, a nice set of thin abs, and then that tiny little pouch that disappears into a well-formed “v-line”.  Look  you can almost see the top of his pubes heheh.

You know, there’s just something really sexy about guys who can fill out a suit just right :)   You know that with all of those corporate gyms and private spas, that a lot of those business guys out there have kick-assed bodies.  Not that this guy is more than likely a member of corporate society, but the idea that some of the guys out there like Mr. Cockhunt and his ellusive Sales Guy are built in such a way… man, I tell you, that is so hot!  Can you imagine if we all wore suits well like this guy probably does? :)

Well after all of that hard work, sometimes you need to let it all loose and just have some fun right?  And who better to have some fun with than these guys here!  There’s something really hot about latin guys hehehe.. So for all you latin studs in the making, maybe one of these bods would look absolutely hot on you!! :D   My personal fave is the guy second from the left :)   The whole abs, big chest, mocha skin just drives me wild hehehe…

Alright gangy, it’s that time of the week again. Another beautiful week and another chance to improve our health and start getting our bodies in kick-ass shape for next spring and summer :) . I decided to go with a selection of images that were a little more on the “beefy” side of life since I myself am a bigger framed kind of guy who probably would not look good with a waist size smaller than 33 hehe.

I must say that the Aussies have some of the hottest guys on the planet, don’t you think? As is evident by the logo on this hottie’s stomach, this jewel comes from DNA Magazine, Australia’s #1 gay rag.

Just look at this guy. Pure perfection. Probably on the thicker side for a swimmer, he’s got the perfect build for a waterpolo player, don’t you think? Then again he’s probably just a regular model who doesn’t spend too much time in the water and more time on his tan heheh. But it’s ok to dream right? Hist chest is perfectly proportioned tapering down to a hot set of abs ending in that beautiful “v” at the waistline. Yum yum yum! I’m glad that he also pays attention to his legs as well. So many times we see guys in the gym who only work on certain body parts and not the body as a whole… so you end up with a guy who has a huge top section and skinny “chicken” legs heheh.

What I love about this guy is that he has more of that hot football player build that I love. For me, being a bigger guy myself, I would feel a little scared to play around with a swimmer type hehehe. I don’t want to hurt him with my weight hahah. But anyway, what I love about this guy is that he has a true football athlete build. A strong upper body with a strong set of abs. Sometimes I have to laugh when some guys say that they have a “football” build and they end up being about 5’8″ and 220lbs. Sure there’s probably some muscle under there but thick layers of fat have covered it up. At that point, I don’t think you can give yourself the label of having a “football/linebacker” build. A cousin of mine was a linebacker and you could definitely see the muscle in his body. Hell, even 20 years later, although the stomach has grown, his back still shows the evidence of his once great muscle build. I don’t even see the point of some football players having a thick midsection. I would think having those layers of fat would actually make it harder for you to play the game? :)

Mahalo nui to the guys at AAG for finding some of the hottest muscle in the world for their website. If you ever wanted to find a site with a whole bunch of guys to aspire to be, you might want to check this site out. This week’s hottie is known as “Zach D”. Look at him… he’s just hot! Hot arms (check those triceps!), a nice firm chest and of course, like the other guys…what abs! This is the kind of build that I hope to achieve with my mid-section. I want to be able to lay back and just see these abs rippling hehe :D

But I have to say this guy is my favorite of the bunch. Simple, I know… but I guess that’s just me hehe. I love how this guy’s abs just pop out like nobody’s business :) I also love how this guy’s arms fill the cuff of his shirt. See, now probably I’m the only kind of guy who would notice these kinds of things, but a well-filled shirt cuff is just so hot to me. And again, like the rest of the guys in this week’s collection, his chest is incredible. Perfectly proportioned, solid and defined… yum. I tell ya… someday I am going to lift my shirt and you’re going to see this exact body staring back at ya :) . Even seeing his boxers peek out above his pant line is kinda hot too! Hmmm I don’t think I’ve ever worn an A&F piece of underwear. Hell I still have a pair of GAP boxers just waiting for me in my drawer to be worn when I get my waist down to its proper size hehe. And I have the perfect pair of Levis just waiting to be worn :) Now all I need is the shirt and I’ll be all ready! :P Oh and if anyone has any more pics of this guy, let me know! :P The more pics I have of him, the easier it’ll be to visualize that for myself!

And finally, but definitely not least, a bit of advice from personal trainer Shawn Phillips…if you’ve ever wondered when is the best time to train, Shawn clears it all up for you. And I know that now I feel so much better about what I’m doing :) Take a listen here! Have a great week guys!!
