Oh boy, another Monday… another week.. hehehe. I am in serious need of a vacation I tell ya
. Well the good news is that I and “M” are off to New Zealand in a couple weeks so that he can finally meet his mystery lover! Now why am I tagging along you ask? Simple… I’ve always wanted to see New Zealand…and as they say, “Opportunity is not a lengthy visitor,” so I’m taking the opportunity while it presents itself. And yes, not to worry, I will blog all about it along with pictures. I’m not sure if there will be internet access where I’ll be staying, but I’ll make sure to keep a journal just in case!
Anyway, back to the task at hand. For you gym bunnies out there, I proudly present this week’s installment of visualization for use as inspiration in your workouts
. This week’s batch is of the slightly more beefy variety, not that there’s anything wrong with the hot swimmer build but… it seems as though some of you have more bulky goals in mind. So you know me, I aim to please
It’s unclear to me what exactly these two guys are up to. And it’s not like surfshorts are of much use in the middle of suburbia, but hey… not like that really matters right? The important thing is that they cling to the body in all right places and really emphasize one’s physique, good or bad. It is however, clear to me that these two gentlemen have no worries in that department, right?
My personal favorite is the guy on the right, but I LOVE the smile on the guy on the left hehe.
Now as all of you know, I have a “thing” for Latino guys. I don’t know what it is, but they just exude sensuality and romance, don’t you think? Take our next guy for example… just look at his cunning smile. He’s hot and he knows it
I just love the bulge of those biceps and those incredible abs. Yum!!! So hey, for any of you hot papis out there… maybe you aspire to something like this?

Ok now I don’t know why some people wear shoes to the beach… but whatever. His body is beyond muscled and hot so I guess I can overlook it. ![]()
Now the week could not be complete without admiring some of the hot black guys out there, and you know who you are! Hehehe. And come on now, how could anyone NOT drool over this guy. He’s HUGE… chest, abs, obliques, arms, the “v” line, he’s got it all! What is his secret??
But you know what? Why workout alone? Get a bunch of friends together and create a running club or a hiking club like these guys
. There’s nothing like a great motivator to kick your hiney into shape right?
However you choose to get in shape, make sure you enjoy it!

Gosh, can you believe how fast time has flown? It’s already the middle of May, just weeks away from the start of summer! In fact, the University of Hawai`i just had their graduation ceremonies yesterday! Wow, I remember those days… I remember thinking that my own graduation day would never come hehe. Now that it’s over, there are some parts of me that really miss the college life. The really cool discussions in class, having my own dorm room, living in the middle of town where are the social life is, and yes.. of course, the guys
.
Anyway, as I get older, I’m starting to realize that I don’t move as fast as I used to.. and although I am not by any means “old,” I can already feel the differences in my body and my abilities… so, it’s even more important to take control of my life and my body while I can still be semi-athletic hehe.
Ok, so what does that have to do with this week’s visualization posting? Umm probably nothing… but it’s always good to look back at one’s life and evaluate our successes and setbacks
. So for me, I’ve decided to go back to keeping a journal of my fitness and my nutrition. That way, I can focus and see what works and what doesn’t. That doesn’t mean that I’ll be posting that stuff on here, but you never know!
Ok enough blabber… maybe if I stopped talking, you would be on your way to the gym by now…perhaps using this guy as an idea of what you want to achieve. And if you ask me, it’s not a bad goal to have! Look at his abs… they’re tight, solid and are set just below a great looking chest. And for those of you who enjoy looking over every detail of someone’s body, do you see the vein going down his bicep? Or the striations in the musculature of his shoulder muscles??
Our next guy probably likes to spend a lot of time by the pool, and there’s nothing wrong with that as swimming is probably one of the best cardio exercises that works your entire body from head to toe! Then again, he could just be wearing the board shorts for the hell of it, but the one defining thing about boardshorts is, that if you have any bit of fat on your body, the tight fit of the shorts will definitely not help you out any bit. Fortunately for him, he doesn’t have that problem, does he? I love how his firm chest bulges out a little bit while his stomach is still flat and tight, even from the side.
And while we’re on the subject of pools and swimming, I’m sure our next guy wouldn’t mind doing a few laps in the pool with ya if you want! His tight abs and lean but firm chest are typical of guys who spend a lot of time in the water. So if that’s the kind of body that you desire, then I guess you know what you need to do! Better yet, why don’t you make friends with a hot guy who has a private pool? That way you can get your laps in while not being bothered by crazy kids at the public pool, you’ll be able to check out this new hot friend of yours, and you’ll have privacy in case he becomes impressed and somewhat attracted ![]()
If being outdoors in the splendor of the sun is not really your “thing”, then I’m sure you’ll be able to find a nice guy to work out with and to show you the ropes and improve your technique. I wonder what gym this guy goes to, because I’d love to have him as a workout buddy
. His entire body is just perfect, don’t you think? He has the exact kind of body that I want for myself, so I need to learn his secret hehe…
Just remember, nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it. In fact, whatever I come from the belief that anything you want can come to you if you want it bad enough and make the effort to pursue your dreams. It may not happen in a second, or even in a day… but someday, sometime… it will happen. Just keep your focus on what you want, and you’ll see.
Maybe one day your abs will be featured in artistic shots like this one.

Hey guys! I hope everyone’s having a great week so far… so sorry that it’s taken me so long to get this post going but it’s a busy-as-hell week this week! Family’s visiting, work is in full-swing, and I’m getting ready for a trip this summer. But anyway, I know some of you are aching for more visualization to compliment your workouts this week, so let’s get it on, shall we?
This week I’ve decided to feature some of the hotties from AllAmericanGuys.com. This site is beyond hot and features much more than I would ever be allowed to share with you guys complete with hot pictures and cool interviews and workout sessions. You should check it out! Anyway, our first couple of guys love to hang in the park and play some ball whenever they can. Arialdy and John have incredible abs, don’t you think? Now I’m not a fan of the baggy pants look generally.. but I find myself too distracted by the firm chests and those abs again hehehe. I think AllAmericanGuys.com should start having their models put their workout regimes on the site so that everybody knows what it will take to get that kind of musculature and definition!
Here’s another shot of John. Look at him, even when he sits down his abs are nice and tight! That’s how you can tell a guy is in extremely good shape… if he can sit down and nothing hangs the belt line, you know you’re hitting single digit bodyfat percentages ![]()
The day I long for is when I get to be like this guy… laying back in a pair of tight jeans, and have everything be nice and flat, no evidence of a flabby tummy
. And look, he has that illusive “V” line too!

Now if you’ve been reading my blog long enough, you know how much I love my electronics
. I almost had a heart attack when the picture tube on my LCD tv blew on me this weekend. Sometimes you never realize how much you use something until it’s gone heheh. I couldn’t even last one night without a tv hahaha. With not much time to spare, I ran over to Best Buy to look at what they had to offer for a reasonable price.
Of course, all of the cheapest models didn’t have a very good picture. I wanted something that would be crystal clear and with deep colors, but I didn’t want to be spending thousands of dollars, you know? So unfortunately, there goes Sony… after much debate, I finally settled on an LG 20″ LCD HD tv…. and trust me, this time I bought the 4-year extended service plan. I’m not going to be running back to the store if the picture blows out in a year. ![]()

It’s a beautiful tv with clear brilliant color. Unfortunately, I came to realize that my dvds play somewhat grainy on the tv, which one of my friends says is because the new HD tvs have higher resolution capabilities than what dvds can handle… so the only way to correct that problem is to get a Blu-ray player! Oh Lord… Blu-ray… I’ve been curious about it for about a year now, but who can afford it right?
Well, if you know me… it doesn’t take a whole lot of convincing to get me to do something when it concerns electronics… so 4 hours later, I sit here with a brand-new Panasonic Blu-Ray Disc Player and a few new Blu-ray movies

Ok, can I just say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE Blu-ray??? If you want to talk picture clarity and vibrancy of colors, you haven’t seen anything until you’ve seen Blu-ray! I just hope that Blu-ray sticks around for a while. I’d hate to hear Blu-ray suffer the same fate as HD DVDs who faded out after just a year or two. The only unfortunate thing is that because Blu-ray is so new, very few titles are currently available in the new format. Hopefully someday it’ll become the new DVD in terms of availability and price
.
So of course, as soon as I discovered the beauty of Blu-ray, I ran back to the store and stocked up on some great titles!

I just can’t get over the improved sound and the crystal clear picture, bringing out details I never saw before on regular dvds!! You all have to try this stuff!

Sometimes I wonder what must be going through the minds of the people who take public transportation… well, the other people aside from myself. Even more so, I wonder if any of them have ever learned proper etiquette at some point in their lives.
For instance… I always wonder about people who sit on the aisle seat when the window seat is completely empty. Of particular note are the elderly and middle-aged Filipino men and women. Not that I mean to berate any particular race of people, but for some reason, it seems to be a pattern. These men and women (especially women for some reason) will come onto the bus with 5 million packages, sit on the aisle seat, and then proceed to put their packages on the window seat…even when they KNOW that the rules of being on the bus is that you’re not supposed to put any parcels or bags on empty seats. And THEN… if you want to sit on the window seat…rather than be polite and get up and move out of the way so that you can get to the seat, they just turn their bodies sideways or merely lean to the side and make you climb over them to get into the seat! Oh, and don’t even try to get out of the seat to get off the bus before then because then you’ll have to climb over them again to get to the aisle.
If that didn’t make matters bad enough, I often see these people eating food and drinking drinks when there are signs posted all over the bus that clearly states that food and drink are not allowed. Not that I particularly care one way or the other.. but then again, if I was the next person to sit in that seat, I wouldn’t want to see food or spilled drink or empty food packages around my seat.
Oh wait, it gets even better… the young ones seem to love to play their cds and mp3 players with speakers so that the whole bloody bus can hear it, even though that’s not allowed on the bus either… oh, and don’t let me forget those who like to act like they’re holding court on the bus like they’re some bit of royalty!
Yes, I’m just a little bit bitter sometimes… because after a long day at work, all I want to do is get on a nice air-conditioned bus, find a comfortable seat, lay my head against the window and fall asleep til it’s my turn to get off the bus. I don’t need the inconsiderate people who make you jump through all the hoops to get a seat… I mean, if I can stand up and move out of the way so that someone can get to a seat or get out to the aisle, why can’t everyone else?
Some people need to be taught some manners, I swear….
Oh, and please.. if you bring a newspaper or magazine with you on the bus to read, please take it with you when you leave…. it’s disgusting to see that kind of stuff littering the bus… God only knows where it’s been before I laid my eyes on it. Ugh.

Alright gangy, the start of another week is always a great opportunity to re-commit ourselves to better health and a potentially longer life. I just spent the weekend going to funerals… one for someone who died of cancer, and one who died of diabetes… two diseases that are nutrition-related. And as I sat in those funerals, I began to take a serious look at myself and decided that I needed to do something and re-commit myself before it’s too late!
So, with that… I present this week’s batch of “visual aids” to condition our minds into believing the possibilities. It’s a well-known theory that anything is possible if you put your mind to it, and there are many fitness experts who believe that this theory equally applies to goals in health and fitness. Our first bit of inspiration features a guy whose goals were to keep a lean profile with a decent amount of muscle..nothing too extravagant or “huge.” After all, the bigger your body, the slower you’ll be able to get around, right? ![]()

Our next guy has that “chiseled” look to him that I find so dark and alluring. Not only are his muscles incredible with his abs popping out everywhere, but he has that 5 ‘o clock shadow and that dark swarthy look that makes him irresistible. Ok, maybe we can’t all achieve that swarthy look, but hey… how about a great set of abs?
Experts say that getting a great set of abs is about 80% nutrition and 20% resistance training. I guess that’s why all those big bulky guys in the gym don’t really have abs to show huh? Supposedly, your abs don’t become apparent until you get near single-digit bodyfat percentage. That’s something very difficult to do for the average male, but hey it’s definitely not impossible! All ya need is a great healthy cookbook and a good training program ![]()

Our next fellow is incredible. A hot chest, incredible abs, and that one vein in his arms that just pops out whenever the biceps get flexed hehehe. And just look at that “v” line just above his jeans… yum! See now that’s one of the things that I look forward to in the future.. being able to wear jeans that fit snug around my waist without anything hanging over ![]()

What I love about our next guy are his bulky shoulders. I think that’s just so HOT on a guy… And wouldn’t you know it, shoulder exercises are probably the hardest for me to do! I don’t know what it is, but I have to use very light weights to work my shoulders. Ahh well, I once read that it’s not the weight that counts, but the form… so I guess as long as I focus on my form, I’ll eventually get to the heavier weights.

Ok ok, I know that there are some critics out there who would probably look at these guys and never classify them as jocks because they probably develop their bods in a gym, and who knows.. maybe some have never even been on a field of competition of some sort… so for those who are true fans of the real athlete, I present to you our next hottie.
There is just something incredible about gymnastics and the hot gymnasts who participate in the sport. Ever since I was a little boy, I always wanted to be able to fly through the air with ease. Well, in a way, these guys get to do that. They twist and flip and throw their bodies into the air with such ease and precision that it’s incredible. And don’t even ask me how the hell they do maneuvers like this… all I know is that it takes an incredible amount of balance and power! No wonder our Greek gymnast has such an incredible body. And not only is his body beautiful, but it’s also functional hehe
.

Well whatever your goals may be, I’m sure there’s bound to be some kind of idea of what you want, right? Go with it and burn it into your brain and I am positive that you’ll achieve it!
