Anyway, now that I’m back in town, it’s time to get life back to normal. I hope everybody’s been doing well and enjoying a great summer! It’s the perfect time to take advantage of the sun and get out there and exercise and build up a good sweat, don’t you think?
Well for this week’s batch of inspiration, I’ve included a group of guys who know how to have some good fun in the sun…compliments of SexyMuscleDudes. There’s a whole ton of hot shots there, so check it out!
It’s one thing to play a sport in the comfort of a gym but take that game outside and it’s a whole different ball-game. Add in some sand and now you’re talking! Not only is it a workout from hell, but it’s also a lot of fun.. and who am I kidding, you get to see guys like this on the court! Guys with big solid chests, and maybe even a hot pack of abs if you’re lucky! ![]()
And you know what the best part is? After a grueling workout on the sand (yes there is more to sand than just lying in it, guys) there’s nothing better than running into the surf for a dip! And yes, you can do more than just float or splash around like a lot of those queens out there. Actually, swimming in the wide ocean is probably one of the best cardio workouts that you can get because of the currents and wave cycles working against you. And best of all, your body stays cool and refreshed! Who knows, you may run into this guy along your way. Sure he’s just trying to be sexy here… but hell, wouldn’t it be fun to show this hottie with the killer bod that you could kick his butt in the water and have a body just as hot as his, yet functional at the same time? ![]()

Ok maybe some of you are not ocean people… hmmm how about a swim in the pool then? Not some leisurely flopping around, but actually stretching your arms out with some purpose and doing some laps? Heheheh… I think my swimming sessions were harder than my runs in school!
And who knows who you might meet in a pool
You could always turn your workout into a little game of “cat and mouse,” don’t you think? ![]()
Anyway, the point is, use this summer weather and it’s unbearable heat to your advantage! Hit the beach or hit the water and use the sun to add that extra intensity to your workouts. However, don’t forget to keep yourself HYDRATED no matter what you do! Don’t be like some old friends of mine who thought they could handle more than they could, refusing water when it was given to them….and then passing out less than a hundred yards from the end of their run. Oh, and trust me, if you choose to swim… you still need to drink lots of fresh water. You can get dehydrated while swimming hehehe.
However, if you take care of your body and work hard at keeping it in the best of health, you’ll pull off your shirt one night while going to bed and see something like this

Back Home from NZHey gang, I’m finally home from New Zealand with M
Gosh what a blast it was! Unfortunately, in order to keep my blog as anonymous as it is, all my posts about each day of our trip will be have to be password protected… Sorry guys, but only current acquaintances will be able to know the intimate details. That’s the life I lead. I’ll post a bunch of pics of the scenery though on Flickr so that the rest of you won’t feel completely left out
