Picture this… you meet a hot guy in a club or online and he’s getting you all hot and steamy…  so he invites you over to his place to play for a few hours, hinting that he likes to go at it all night long.  Who wouldn’t want to join in, right?  Next thing you know, you’re at his place and he’s smoking a pipe, or maybe something even worse involving a needle.

Honestly, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked into a situation like that… NOT that I’ve EVER joined in on the drug use, but there have been times when I thought… “Ahh what the hell, it’s no big deal if he does it as long as he doesn’t pressure me to.”  That was always followed by hours of the most boring sex I’ve ever had in my life.

I honestly can’t see what the big thrill of “PNP” is to all the other gay guys out there.  They all seem to think that somehow the meth makes the sex hotter, and they seem to THINK that they can f**k for hours while on it.  But the truth of the matter is, I have NEVER met a guy who was high on meth who could even keep a hardon!  Their version of being “raging hard’ is semi at best in reality.  Hell… if we’re revealing skeletons here, I once spent a whopping 8 hours sucking on a cock because he was so tweaked up on “tina” that he couldn’t cum!  Hell, after a while it just became interesting to see how long I could suck a cock for.  But even after the 8 LONG hours… still no blast of passion…

The only thing I”ve noticed about guys who PnP alot is that they’re really skinny, they don’t move around too much.. and they seem to sleep all day the next day… not to mention that they seem to miss a lot of work!  One guy I was with even started getting paranoid about stuff.  Hell, I was paranoid myself that the cops might be banging down the door any minute!

That’s another thing that amazes me… you’d think with all the advertisements of guys seeking PnP play on the internet on various websites and numerous chatrooms…that the cops would be arresting thousands of people.

So what has got me so worked up?? Well… up until about 6 or 7 years ago, I didn’t even know what the hell PNP meant.  But now it’s become so rampant throughout Hawai’i that the DEA has ranked Hawai’i as #1 on the use of crystal meth.  To see so many people in the gay community waste away from it is such a shock these days, and it saddens me…..

And if none of you PNP’ers out there see any problems with playing around with meth… maybe you should take a look at this article.  One of the hottest porn stars out there has fallen yet again to this horrible substance.  Read about it here.  I only pray that someday he wakes up and finds his way out of it.

“It’s just another Manic Monday… oh oh…”

Hey there everybody!  I hope we’re all having a great start to another week?  Another week has come and gone, and the work week has started up yet again.  I swear, the weekends go by way too quickly.  Hmm maybe we all need to look into a 4-day work week so we can have a bit more time with our families and just being able to relax and take in the beauty of the world.  Hell, I live in Hawai’i and I can’t even remember the last time I went to the beach! :D

And you know what the funny thing is?  If you actually go down to Waikiki beach on any day of the year, you’ll find quite a few guys who look like this guy…guys that are just lounging around and having a great time.  Granted I’ve never had the courage to go and strike up a conversation, but sometimes I wonder how the hell they stay in such great shape if I know that I have such a hectic life myself!

I want to be out relaxing in the sun like our next hottie.  Doesn’t it look like he’s just having a great time just relaxing and sleeping with no care in the world?

Now I’m sure you’re probably wondering what all of this has to do with creating “visualization” for the gym.  Well, the answer is simple… what’s the point of hitting the gym at all hours of the week when you can’t relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor right?  Most guys just visualize being able to flex in the gym and seeing muscles bulge out in every direction, but hey… what about visualizing about being all buffed up and out in the sun to relax and enjoy life? :)

Ok ok… what if you’re a shy guy?  Well hey… there’s no reason why you can’t relax in the comforts of home wrapped in the arms of a hottie like this? :)   Or better yet, if you’re built like this, I bet there’s no reason to get out and try to snag a guy.. they’ll be lining up at your door!

But.. for those of you who are willing to get out in the sun and hit the beach or the local trails in the forest, you never know!  You might just run into a hottie like this one!   You know, there’s just something about Latin men that just drives me wild… I don’t know if it’s the dark skin or the passion that they just seem to exude… all I know is, where is my Brazilian lover? :P

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to get out there and hope to run acrtoss my future husband.  And believe me, if he looks anything like this last guy… I’d make him the happiest man in the world! :D

Another Monday, another hell…where does the weekend go??  I swear, this country needs to be smart and look into 4-day work weeks :) .  Ahh well, on the bright side it does mean it’s time for the weekly doseage of UBER hotness to aspire to in what promises to be another week of hellish yet rewarding workouts.

This week we’re focusing on ABS.  Of course I’m sure that many of you obsess over abs, but probably have no idea how to get them.  Far be it for me to be any kind of expert on them since I have a bit of cushion hiding my abs at the moment hehe.. but from what I hear, abs are attained mostly through good nutrition.

Most experts seem to agree that it doesn’t take much weight training to create great abs.  Since most people crave abs that are defined and lean, it’s not necessary to train them like any other muscle group like the pecs, biceps or back muscles.

Personally, I don’t see what the difference is really between 100 and 200 crunches or situps per day.  Yes, you may have the stamina to do it, but I don’t know if that would really make a difference in the formation of your abs.  Or those people who choose to train the abs every day.  My question is, why?  What makes the abs so different than any other muscle?  I would think that if you trained them intensly in their own way, they also need time to rest and recuperate, right?

I mean, if it were true that abs needed such strenuous ridiculous conditioning, then all of those guys with huge muscles would also have killer abs.  But why is it that many of those big massive guys have no visible abs of all (well, of course not refering to these smart hotties that I’ve posted today)…while there are guys who rarely work out who are lean and trim with killer abs??  There must be something to it, don’t you think??  It’s all about nutrition baby :)   And these guys obviously know what to eat and what NOT to eat :P

Sometimes I am just amazed by how quickly time flies by.  I mean, think about it.  It’s now the middle of October, we’ve just had our first winter wave swell and by the looks of the weather outside, the first winter rainstorm is on its way.

For other parts of the world, that also means that snow will soon be falling, and temperatures will soon be reaching freezing.  And for a lot of people, that also means that some of us will go into “hibernation mode” and pack on the holiday pounds with the impending nutritional doom of Halloween candy, Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas celebrations right around the corner.

However, with a good gym or a few things around the house for those of you who despise the gym atmosphere, there’s no reason why any of us have to stop making our lives healthy and continue building our hottest possible body for the future :) .  For those of you who aspire to a leaner, sleeker body, maybe our English hottie has something that you aspire to? :D

Now if anyone cares to know, I have no tattoos or piercings anywhere on my body…but I think with the right amount of musculature and the right placement of the artwork, tattoos can look damn hot on a guy!  SO for you tatted hotties out there who aspire to achieve the perfect bod to showoff that great artwork, maybe our next guy has something you aspire to achieve!

For those of you who rather spend your day by the pool lounging in luxury and developing a deep tan, maybe our next guy is more what you aspire to.  Mind you, not very many people can wear a speedo well… in fact, VERY FEW people can really work a speedo hehe.  So if you achieve a bod like this, feel free to wear a speedo at anytime heheh :P

As for me?  I’m more of a beach guy myself… then again, that’s probably because I live in an old house and can’t afford the luxury of a pool hehe.  But now that I think about it, ocean water has its medicinal benefits too… and if you don’t believe me, try going to the beach on a day when you’re having a cold or something like that… you’d be amazed at how well ocean water actually clears up your sinuses and makes you feel better :)   And besides, if you’re on the beach, you might run into college hotties like this guy :)

But who’s kidding who here…  our last guy for the week has the exact kind of bod that I want :D   A nice big chest, defined abs, a great set of arms.. and with that white shirt he’s got, he looks like he could survive in the corporate world as well..  and who wouldn’t love a guy who is successful in business and in health heheh.  Anyway, have a great week everybody!

Lordy, Lordy, Lordy… it’s Monday again… another weekend gone and another workweek has just begun.  I hope everyone had a great weekend!  I must say that being able to party it up with my sister the other night was a ton fun that we haven’t really had in a long time.

But now that that’s over with, I suppose it’s time to re-focus my energy in work and play that’s in store for me this week.  On the positive side, I’m down .5% in body fat….on the not-so-great side, I still have that lingering back pain.  But I have every confidence that once I thin myself down to where I need to be, that the pain will subside and I’ll be much stronger than I used to be.  Which, I suppose brings me back to this week’s cycle of visualization.  By now, I’m sure that most of you realize that true strength comes from within and a firm belief that you can do anything that you want to.  All you need perhaps, is a goal to reach for and the determination to get there.

Maybe that determination is in the form of a child or a family member that you want to inspire…maybe it’s the way that you used to feel when you were younger, being carefree and excited about everything…or maybe it’s just being able to rip your shirt off your back at the beach and have all the guys and girls drool (heheheh…I’ll admit, that’s part of my motivation!).  Whatever it is, I’m sure that, like me, most of you feel fantastic after a great workout and that since of pride and accomplishment is second to none. It’s almost like as if you wanna go for a run on the beach with  your shirt off, right? :)

I guess that’s the thing I like about my workout program.  The Body-For-Life program is built on the principle of intensity.  I don’t just see how many curls or presses I can do with a certain weight like so many of the other guys in the gym.  I’m forced to use a progressive amount of weight with decreasing reps in order to hit my max potential.  And if my progress is determined by how “intense” a set is for me, there is always a new “high” to achieve from workout to workout.  And let me tell you, when you’re finally able to move up 5 lbs or 10lbs as your max, it’s a fantastic feeling.  It makes me feel like I can conquer the world :)

The hard part for me is always being able to find the daily motivation to push myself higher and higher.  I guess that’s why I like doing these “visualization” posts so much…because then it makes me look at other peoples’ accomplishments and realize that “hey, if they can do it, why can’t I??”  You know that all of these hot guys had to start somewhere.  Sure, most of them started much earlier than I did, but hey… so it takes me  a bit longer to get to their level… that’s ok with me! :)   Hmmm maybe someday, one of the hot guys at the gym will get the balls to come up and talk to me hehe.  I could always use a workout buddy!

Anyway, have a great week guys.. and don’t forget, the only person who can stop you from achieving your dreams is you!  So reach for the stars! :D
