There’s nothing greater than being able to curl up under a warm blanket as the cool wind rushes in through an open window. Ok, yeah it’d be better to have a man to cuddle up with hehe…but until he shows up on my doorstep, it’s still nice to have the whole blanket to myself

Visualization in the Gym 3-23Well it’s finally here… Spring Break in Hawai’i. And wouldn’t you know it, it’s been rainy and windy the last couple of days, and I can only assume that it will continue this way into next month hehe. And I know there are others out there who are experiencing some late snow storms in your part of the world, so I sympathize… For those of you who are having hot Spring Breaks out on the beach, I wouldn’t even expect you to pay any attention to this week’s posting of inspiration because I expect that you’re too busy hanging on the beaches or in the parks hehe. But for the rest of us, I hope you all enjoy this week’s big batch of muscle!

Visualization in the Gym 3-16Hey gang! Gosh, can you believe it’s the middle of March already? If you looked around here, you’d never be able to tell.. it’s been cold as hell (by Hawai’i standards) for the last couple of weeks with bouts of rain and high winds, so I don’t know about the Western analogy of Spring. Things work differently around here hehehe.
Actually, now that I think about it… this month in the traditional Hawaiian calendar is between the months of Kaulua and Nana. Kaulua, in our tradition, is a time of stormy weather and rapidly changing weather patterns. In other words, one day it can be sunny and warm…and the next it will be cold and rainy. For me though, I kinda enjoy the cold and cloudy weather…because I know that in a month or so, it’s going to be so hot that people are going to be dropping like flies around here.
Anyway, I’m sure you didn’t log on to hear about my weather speculations… let’s just get to the hot weekly inspiration, shall we? I hope you guys find something hot and worthy here of your focus this week

Visualization in the Gym 3-09Now that we’re rolling into spring, I hope that everyone is starting to feel a little warmer? Maybe the trees are starting to come back to life? For some strange reason, we’ve had chilling temperatures and a whole lot of rain here in the islands. SO I’m guessing that we probably won’t experience spring until April
But anyway, I’m sure you’re not here to hear about the weather…let’s bring on the skin! All of these guys are great examples of hard work and dedication to fitness. Hopefully they can serve as an inspiration to all of you.
And lastly, I regularly listen to the tips and discussions held by personal trainer Shawn Phillips, author of Strength for Life. He has some really great ideas and suggestions for living a positive and healthy lifestyle. This week, he discusses a problem that many of us have today of settling for less, and living a life of accepting the status-quo. Listen to his opinion and suggestion here.

Visualization in the Gym 3-2Hey gang! Ok, so it’s late at night and I am dead tired already. So having said that, I think we can dispense with my normal critique of each hottie posted this week. After all, sometimes it’s better to just let beauty speak for itself and let you draw your own conclusions, right? I hope everyone finds something to help you visualize hitting your fitness goals and dreams this week!
So without further ado, here we go!
