Alright gang, summer is right around the corner, so let’s kick it into high gear this week ok?  Hope you enjoy this week’s batch of inspiration!  It’s been a long day for me so not much commentary this time… then again, do these images really need any commentary?  I think the results speak for themselves, don’t you? :P

Hey everybody!   As I was thinking about what to put together for this week’s visualization posting, I realized that it’s been a while since I’ve promoted some of the hottness that comes from one of my favorite fitness websites, AllAmericanGuys.com.  This site is jam-packed with muscled goodness that could easily serve as daily inspriation to anyone looking to build a stronger body.  This is just a tiny sample of what’s there, so check it out!

See what I mean?  Aren’t they incredible?  You can see tons more here.

Now I need to get my ass into bed so I can get up for work tomorrow… boy, I need a vacation!

It’s that time of the week again folks!  Time to feast our eyes on this week’s batch of inspiration.  I really hope that these images inspire and motivate you guys to build stronger, more athletic bodies :)   This week’s batch is a mix of hot examples of dedication to fitness and strength… hope you enjoy it!

I love a meaty chest, don’t you? :)

Or maybe you prefer a bit more definition? :P

You know, I’ve always thought there was something slightly sexy about a guy who’s really confident in himself.. even if it’s a bit much… ok maybe it’s just the arms :)

Ever wondered what that hottie in the turtleneck that you saw on the slopes last winter looks like without a shirt?  Feast your eyes… heheh. :)

And now… my favorite of the whole bunch.. the one who makes me weak in the knees… I swear, if I looked like him, I’d f**k myself hahaha!

Oh well, someday… have a great week everybody!

Hey gang!  Wow, it’s officially May!  There’s only a few more weeks until summer!  Where does the time go?  Gosh I guess that means that we have no time to lose!  Carpe diem!  Seize the day!  I hope everyone had a great Monday, and a great start to the new week.  I hope you all enjoy this week’s batch of inspiration… a homage to a beautiful and strong mid-section :)

Our first guy reminds me of one of the reasons why I’m starting to refocus on my health… I want to be able to rip my shirt off at the beach without fear or embarrassment :) .  And who knows, if I looked like this guy in the water, I might meet a cute surfer or two hehe :P

Our Brazilian hottie sure knows how to build great abs, doesn’t he?  You can even see his tight obliques!

You know, usually I don’t care all that much about tattoos, but sometimes.. damn they look so good on the right body!  Solid chest, ripped abs… mmm….

When I look at our next guy, it makes me want to go outside and have a cigarette, even though I don’t smoke!  This guy is HOT!! The abs, the chest, the “V” line, the musculature in his arms…  dang! :P

And last, but most certainly not least… the guy of this week that just puts a smile on my face.  :)   Big firm chest, lean stomach with visible obliques, and  a smile to melt anyone’s heart… mmmmmm…

Well, I hope this posting inspires you to dream big dreams and strive to always take yourself higher than you’ve ever been before.  I leave you with this last bit of food for thought… so many of us strive to be “healthier”, and I have been among those who have used that word a million times.   For myself, I think I’m starting to discover that I’ve used the world “healthier” because it’s a “safe” word.  It’s not as demanding as a word like “strong,” don’t you agree?  Well, this week on his website, persnoal trainer Shawn Phillips talks about the difference between the two, and why we should be focusing on achieving “strength” as opposed to being “healthy.”  Listen to his enlightening theory here.
