Visualization in the Gym 4-19Yo yo yo yo yo yo!! Wussup Wussup!! Heheheh JUST KIDDING!!! How’s the week going for all of you? I hope that everyone has had an awesome weekend and is ready to kick some ass this weekend? As for myself, my friends and I made an agreement to run in next year’s Great Aloha Run, which is a 13km (8.15 miles) run from Aloha Tower in downtown Honolulu to the Aloha Stadium in Halawa. It takes place on President’s Day every year, so that means we have about 10 months to train and get my running legs back
I also hope that you all also have such a goal for the future. Whether it’s a community run, swim, or a competition of some sort…it’s a very positive thing to have a measureable goal to shoot for
. As for the daily bump and grind, I’m no stranger to the horror that is “lack of motivation.” So if you’re like me and sometimes need an extra something to help you get out there day in and day out, I hope you guys dig this week’s batch of inspirational images. These guys are HOT!!
